It's not an app, it just opens the web browser (and not even the one I configured as the default browser!) with the website URL. Just remove this until you have a real app.

Do not recommend! No one taking responsability for anything or helping you with any repair or complaint if the owner don't want to help you are alone! You should take evidence of every single thing so you can be prepared to sue them in the worst case scenario, this was my experience, I suggest you trust in a local real state agency before them. Search on websites like 'Reclame aqui' to see, they not only ignore your requests but try to make you pay for the max of repairs as possible when leaving
